Crystal Cove Alliance’s Annual Gala Highlights Marine Conservation
On Sept. 22, 450 guests showed their passion for marine preservation at CCA’s 10th annual gala at Crystal Cove State Park, where they enjoyed cocktails, a dinner prepared by executive chefs of the Resort at Pelican Hill, Montage Laguna Beach and The Beachcomber cafe, a fiery live auction and dancing. Proceeds support the historic district restoration project (now two-thirds completed) and ongoing education and public programs. “Our gala is a great way for those who love Crystal Cove to look back and celebrate the many incredible accomplishments we have been able to achieve together, while also looking toward a future of continued preservation and conservation,” said Laura Davick, CCA founder. —A.B.
