A good glass of wine can sometimes be difficult to find in a restaurant, unless you’re ordering by the bottle. The Fleming’s 100, however, offers oenophiles a chance to try different varietals while dining at the Fashion Island establishment. An annual list launched in October, the Fleming’s 100 features 100 wines available by the glass, pour, bottle or as part of a customizable flight. The list is divided into 10 distinct categories such as sweet reds and whites, chardonnays and cabernet blends. New additions to the list included 20 wines from the sparkling, white wines and blends, global reds and cabernet sauvignon categories. The 2015-16 list is available for a full calendar year.
