This May, The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla and the James Beard Foundation are presenting an exclusive farm-to-table culinary event. Held May 29 through May 31, the James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour will serve as a showcase for San Diego’s best produce and California wines.
One- and two-night packages at The Lodge at Torrey Pines are available, beginning at $1,350 for reservations booked before April 15. Both packages include signature guest room accommodations, brunch for two on the Arroyo Terrace and a five-course farm-to-table dinner for two, led by by Food Network chef Beau MacMillan and James Beard Foundation award-winner Carrie Nahabedian. Those booking two-night stays ($1,800 until April 15) also receive access to a cocktail reception and dinner for two at the hotel’s restaurant, A.R.
