Laura’s House Wine and Dine Benefit
More than 125 guests gathered at Big Canyon Country Club May 3 for a silent auction and wine tasting hosted by Laura’s House Wine and Dine Benefit. The nonprofit, which provides residential shelter and support to individuals and families affected by domestic violence, raised an estimated $12,000. Guests enjoyed a special tribute from a Laura’s House “survivor” who shared how she has built a life free of violence for herself and her children. —A.H.
